Health Coaching helps people stay on track, prepare for change, understand their motivations behind their action or inaction, and works to empower people to create new health habits that enhance their overall happiness, health, and satisfaction with life. These visits can be as short as 15 minutes a week to as long as you would like. It is highly suggested that a series of them be scheduled ahead of time.
